Important Notes
Conference FEES include FULL access to all sessions, exhibits, proceedings, lunches & coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference gala dinner and touristic trip.
Workshop FEES include FULL access to all sessions, exhibits, proceedings, lunch & coffee breaks during one day; the scheduled day for Projects Dissemination.
The Proceedings of the conference will be published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Mechanical Engineering, that are indexed by SCOPUS, MetaPress, Springerlink, and will be sent to be indexed by Web of Science. Length of papers is limited to 12 pages, maximum.
After Reviewing Process, and respective acceptation/rejection of papers, each person can be the author / co-author of the maximum of three accepted papers.
All submitted and accepted papers can be considered, also, for possible selection and further publication (extended version) in journals associated to the conference.
Students must prove their official status through an Attestation Letter signed by a Professor of the respective institution.
Maximum of ONE Accompanying Person per each registered participant.
